Hey everyone,

Was hoping I could get some help!

I bought a Blackberry classic that I was told is unlocked. However, there seems to be some conflicting information.

When I put in a Telus or ATT sim card, it says network locked. However, when I go to settings it says - Network Subset - Unlocked & Service Provider Unlocked.

Any help would be appreciated!

What do you see when you go to Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Sim Card?

Currently, there's no SIM card in it but there's the info below
Button - Unlock Network
Network Subset: Unlocked
Service Provider: Unlocked

The "Unlock Network" button confirms that it is Locked.
You can get an unlock code through Canada GSM or perhaps locally.

I've used Canada GSM before a few times and they have been reliable.
