    It goes off so many times showing a battery empty status but when it is connected to a power source it suddenly reaches to 90%. Kindly suggest me what to do in this regard.

    Use BBVE to test the phone.

    Factory Reset the phone and test before restoring any data or setting it up.

    You didn't state the version of your OS... in resetting you phone, might look into an Autoloader and using one to update the OS - if it hasn't been already.

    Consider replacing the battery.
