Hold down the power button until the phone begins to restart.

nothing happens, still the same, it just turns off.
the problem only in the lock screen password, it doesn't type nothing, not even virtual numbers from symbols.

Replace the keyboard (and hope that works), or toss the phone into the garbage.

There is no other way to salvage your data.

sorry if you didn't understand, english is my 3rd language.
i think the keyboard works fine (as i said, it woks on the alarm), but doesn't on password.
even the virtual symbols (that appear when you press the "sym" botton) don't type.
i can't just forget about my data, trust me.
and thx for your help, i was distracted, didn't mention it before.

Well, something is wrong with the keyboard, or maybe even the motherboard.

If the issue is software, you MIGHT be able to salvage the phone, but that would require a factory reset - which will erase your data.

There isn't really much else to try.

Ok. But understand the phone will be wiped, and all data will be erased.

Best way is to run an autoloader from your PC.

Download and unzip, plug in the phone, and run the autoloader.

You'll need to install the USB drivers on your PC first. Here is the package, but do NOT install Link or Blend. Just the drivers.

Once done you'll have to do a little work to get it working since BlackBerry closed down. See this thread:

i installed the drivers, and i got to access the phone by (blackberry device manager).
i copied pasted all my data to my computer, including whatsapp files.
i still haven't done factory reset to my phone, i was a little busy.
