    Using a Classic on ATT, any time I receive a MMS message, it just shows "general problems" in red text. Any ideas?

    It means you have APN problems. That happens to me on the 1154 leak occasionally. I have to reboot everyday to make sure my SMS and MMS go through both ways.

    You got to be kidding! You mean BB puts out a new phone with the latest BB10 OS and there is a problem like this.

    Only helps OP to slam the Classic.

    I'm also disappointed that you have not contact BB or made us aware of this problem. If you did I apologize in advance.

    Did you get an att specific classic?

    Early adopters of the. Passport were having to get custom apn s or imei attached to there sim cards until att had specific settings.

    That may be the case here too? Have you contacted att?

    I have a Z30 which I bought in Canada (Telus)...I am Can-Us driver then I got an at&t sim to put in my phone... worked very well until I tried to some think ( don't remember what tho) so called them and I had to put all the apn my self in in order to work....it doesn't work also I have LTE in select city

    The SQC100-2 for the ATT customer is not available yet. Amazon and shopBB sent out SQC100-4 the North American Version. I would "assume" that this was targeted to the larger ATT market.

    Why wasn't the APN (Access Point Name) already set? If not why is there no specific instructions?

    i do not know...if you have a problem call them...I surely had no problem after....I think i remember now.. it was when I was using my cheap windows phone that I had to enter the apn...att&t told me what to write....simple as that... I will be receiving my classic on monday from shopbb. but i won't be able to use it right away on att&t till after the holiday when i go back to the state. If the apn are not there then I'll called them back again no biggy....or fire up my windows phone and copy what I have there

    I called BB and they told me to call ATT. ATT is like what is a blackberry. seriously. Same problem folks.
