    Hi,
    I have a new Blackberry, the Classic one.
    Trying to configure my certificate and I don't find the SMIME option in System Settings/Security and Privacy.
    Is it normal?
    If not, How can I load the SMIME Support SW on my BB?
    I have installed Blackberry Link on my Windows PC and loaded the "SMIMESupportPackage-17" on my PC desktop as well.
    How can I move the sw on my smartphone?

    Are you on a BES? If not, you need to be for full S/MIME support.

    I am on a hosted bes and the smime is there and activated and greyed out. Admin says to create a cert with openssl but it's way over my head. the certificate has to match their servers or something. I'm so lost and nobody seems to know.
