It could be a part of hardware issue. In some cases the O.S is responsible for these bugs. Try rebooting your device and then check if it works else go for the technician.

loose connection maybe - especially if at any point your classic has been taken apart either by yourself or official repairs

Thanks guys. What's confusing is it only doesn't pick up sound from microphone when loudspeaker is on. So when I take calls holding phone close to ears it's fine but when loudspeaker is on I can't be heard. When I send a voice message on WhatsApp it's fine but when I try to record a voice note in the remember app it doesn't pick up sound

I have the exact same problem with my classic. Can't put phone calls on speakerphone and talk to people. I hear them loud and clear, but they can't hear me. I tried cleaning the mics on top and bottom of the phone, and still doesn't work

Everything seems to be running perfectly fine with my BlackBerry Keyone however when making or receiving a call using loudspeaker - noone can hear me! When I take it off loudspeak everything is fine! Does anyone know what the problem is? I've checked my software and it's uptodate! Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks

I have hade the same problem with my k1. I send it back to the seller and got new one. After 4 days of using the new k1 the problem return. Any tips how to fix the problem ?
