The highest capacity available as long as it's formatted to exFAT. Many here have used 128Gb cards for some time now.
How do I get it to format to exFAT?
Do I need to download it?
I have a 200 gb SD card installed it's work fine on my classic and my z30

The OS should have built-in drivers for it, and you shouldn't have to do anything.
Unless you're running a really old version of the OS, like 10.1 or 10.2.
You should in theory be able to use an SDXC card up to 2 TB, as others have said I also have used a 200GB card in my Classic, I believe the largest capacity available currently is about 456 GB, it could be slightly higher I'm not sure.
