I still miss the resident contact list pre BB10 devices.
The multiple linked contacts end up being unstable - names, phone numbers and addresses that I know I had disappear. I get frustrated when I need to reach someone who I have saved info for but it is gone.
I have taken up the habit of saving screen shots of my home hand written address book when traveling to make sure I do not lose it.
I would like to see suggestions that will help me know that my contact information is stable, searchable and secure.

Unfortunately, contacts is the one area of basic phones that BB10 can't quite get right. Even after you THINK you've linked them all or merged them correctly, you'll open an app, need to share something with a contact, and a bunch will be duplicates, while others won't show at all. BlackBerry will also not admit or support this issue. I've tried through multiple channels. It happens with Z10 and my Passport.

InTouchApp Contacts. Works beautifully for managing contacts on one device and also for transferring from one device to another. You can still use the stock contacts app just like you normally do but this app manages them all and keeps them clean and organized!
