I agree with you. Recently I spent six months in UAE. Contrary to what I had thought I was quite surprised to notice very few people using blackberry. On a similar note on BB love, I was very particular to pick up a blackberry device from blackberry store in Dubai mall and guess what, ended up buying two - a Z3 and aZ30. Call me mad but I went to Dubai from Abu Dhabi just for that. So I can understand that special feeling.

Yeah... 12 years and counting with Blackberry... loved the curve series 8900 and especially the iconic Bold 9900....

But loving my Passport.. truly awesome phone.... Have iphone 5 as sporadic backup along with Z10...

Excited about the upcoming "slider".. just love the Blackberry experience...

There was a time when owning a Mac PC was odd, or against mainstream. People looked at you differently. Now that having a BlackBerry is against mainstream, it's kind of soothing to have something I enjoy based upon its own merit and what I like rather being told what to enjoy by the masses. Those of us here love BlackBerry for what it is - A complete commutation tool. Is it perfect? Nothing is, but it does it's job well. It's not a toy, yes it has games, but it's a tool to do communications, it's a texting / email beast... and I feel it does it best.
