My local Telus store had one on display today, my local Staples store had one on display and the web site still shows stock at $424.97.
Telus still has the Classic available on its BC website. But yes I agree I think the stock is almost gone. It's been off shopblackberry.ca for some time now.

A great phone gone too early :( Why chen? They could've made it a beast like the passport but they preferred q10's internals. Smh.
The Living Legend- Babbu Maan.
Watching my local Staples store for a good price to get a backup Classic.
Would you recommend buying now if mine is a little more than a year old ? I heard that the more recent the production is the faster is the device. Is that correct?

The specs didn't change on the phone. Shouldn't matter if you bought a new one. Using an autoloader and starting fresh would have the same benefit.
BB10 was an excellent OS while it lasted. Unless you have a clear understanding of the limitations of using a BB10 device now and in the future, I would not recommend it. I just bought a DTEK50 from Staples for $5 more than the Classic. It is a very nice device, even if it doesn't have a physical keyboard.
Gone on the Verizon side - they were available just a few weeks ago - had to get mine used off eBay.
Except the ever important battery. An issue with the Classic since you can't just swap in a new one.

I have 2 brand new backup Classic's for Verizon. Depending on Mercury, I may sell those and get that.
