    Anyone having issues using link on a Mac?

    I wasn't able to transfer my accounts settings from my Q10. I went thru the process of connecting my Q10 and then my Classic, but it would just stay stuck connecting to my classic. Also had the same problem logging into my blackberry account thru link.
    Anyone else had this issue? If so what did u do to fix this problem?

    I went thru same when I got my classic and plugged in the usb didn't seem to connect to the classic and give me the option menu to backup using my saved q10 file.

    I uninstallled BlackBerry link re installed it and it solved the issue for me

    Did u have to restore your classic back to factory settings?

    Nope - just uninstall the software on my pc and re download thru blackerry.ca and install

    That did not work at all. Not sure what's going on but I had to set up all my accounts manually. No bueno!

    Hiya. From what I read, and had to do for multiple devices, all account settings have to be added manually. Only data, apps, etc are transferred. That fact of course does not address the issue of a device not connecting.

    Yup. It would just get stuck. The second time around it didn't get past me connecting the first device (Q10). Pretty disappointing.
