From the Hub, is it possible to pull out the left menu only using physical keys?

The left menu is the one with the list of all your accounts.

Highlight the "blackberry hub" at the top of the screen and press the trackpad. You will get all the account from which you will be able to choose the desired account.

    1. Make sure you have blackberry hub icon on your homescreen, or go to http://appworld.blackberry.com/webst...ntent/59949432 download it
    2. Settings > Shortcuts and Speed Dials > Choose the hotkey you desire > App Launch Shorcut > BlackBerry Hub

Unfortunately not. But this is not only a hub problem but a problem with all apps with a left menu. As a workaround you can press B to get to the bottom. Then you can access the action bar with the touchpad.

In the hub, simply swipe from left to right.
