Just bought a Classic and set my notification colors. I set phone calls as red, texts as green and emails as blue. But for some reason, emails are showing up as red. Have I missed a setting somewhere else?

Did you reboot after setting up the led's? Are you using an app to change the colors? If you are did you turn off the LED in the notifications?

Other possibility is that if you get two or more notifications the LED alternates between the last two notifications received.

You may have set colors in normal mode for the apps and may be in another mode such as meeting ,silent etc that disregard normal modes settings

So if I have the phone on silent that overrides the led color settings?

Yes I believe. Custom App Notifications can be tailored to each mode "Normal, Silent, Bedside"

Yes they can but you need to make sure you hit the set default icon(A to B) after you select the LED colour. You should get a prompt when you hit it. Hit ok on the prompt and it should save. I missed that for the longest time and couldn't figure out why my LED preferences never saved lol.

Go under the custom app notification settings of the silent profile and set the same LED colour in each account
    There isn't a universal setting
    It's profile specific

You might have to change it individually for those profiles as well.
