I had 3 phones on ATT, with only one on contract.

I put the PRV on contract last November for the $299 down (maybe it was $249). Two months ago I added a LG Vista2 (for wife and swithed SIMs) on the same line at no cost with a 24 month commitment. Some how it wiped the Priv 24 month commitment. So that left 2 lines off contract.

I heard about CC and called them they gave me a smoking deal of less than $20/mo. Going to try this on the BlackBerry Classic and experiment on getting th 9900 to work on CC. I see the other thread on BIS work around. Is anyone still using CC with a BIS phone?

Only want texting and phone service.

    Thanks in advance

    They're just a MVNO for AT&T and T-Mobile anyway.

I can't recall but if your only looking for calls and the odd text message without a BIS plan than you should be OK as long as the phone is unlocked.

If you need to access BBM and other data based apps you will need to get a BIS plan. I am not too familiar with that particular carrier since I am in Canada but all the best with the 9900. It's a great device and it brings back so many good memories.
