    Hi all,

My boss just got a Classic, and has tried transfer his data from the Q10, but ran into issues.

Eventually we figured most of it out, but he never figured out how to move his notes. We used the BlackBerry Link to do the transfer process. A lot of setting didn't move over, but when I synced his emails accounts, all his calendar/contacts/emails started moving over.

But not his notes (Remember section). Which he needs.

Weird thing is that they show up on his Outlook. I keep notes too, but are not synced to my outlook.

Can these be transferred separately? I could not find a file for them when I plugged in his phone and used windows Explorer to search for them.

I always use this, and it NEVER FAILS me:

With this app, you can save EVERYTHING on the Q10 to an SD Card and then plug that same SD Card to the Classic, launch the app there and pull everything back onto the Classic. I've done so from the Passport to the Q10 and Z10 and it worked flawlessly.
