    I have a blackberry classic. And the email that I used to set the phone up has been deleted and I forgot my password. I have the theft protection on. And I just wanna get in. Is there a way around this? Please help I need my phone. I’m using my work phone for everything right now which isn’t great.

    Maybe conversing with BlackBerry support, they can somehow validate your data (that it belongs to you), and then assist...

    I tried contacting them. They kept saying I needed to get into the email but my mom deleted the dang email when I got in trouble. And since she took the phone away and I didn’t have it for a few months I forgot the password.

    BlackBerry will never help here. They have zero access to help in these scenarios.

    Any reason why you can't claim the e-mail address and recreate the account?

    Hey abenedict,

    It sounds like you have forgotten the actual password to access the phone but remember the e-mail address used for your Blackberry ID, even though that e-mail address is not accessible. If that's correct, do you remember the password you used with the Blackberry ID at all, or what it could be?

    Also, if I may ask, what kind of e-mail address was it that is now inaccessible?
