The screen says downloaded but cant find the icon anywhere. It was for the My O2 app.
Can any one help? In fact its not just this app but several. The only aps I have managed to download successfully are the BBC Sport and News app.

download is first part so this app should be installed.

Not sure what you mean by "showing again"
Did these applications come from BlackBerry World?
And if one of them is called My 02, then go to your homescreen and start typing My 02. The BlackBerry Assistant will open as you type. Scroll to the application section in the Assistant, and click on your application icon to open it.
