Have you run the BlackBerry Virtual Expert to see if it finds any issues - https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...tent/27226887?
It's possible your headphone jack has failed. The headphone jack would defeat the speaker at the top of your phone if it believed something was plugged into it. Does your speakerphone function work properly? If you plug in a headset with an in-line microphone, does the caller's voice come through? Those are both good tests to try. It's still possible your phone earpiece speaker has failed, but the above tests would at least give you a chance to test if the phone still has the ability to hear caller voices.

I downloaded Virtual Expert. It proves that my BlackBerry's speaker works. But it failed the "Receiver audio" test.
Now it wants me to plug in a headset. I have no headset.
Try restarting your phone (unless you already tried) that might do the trick.
You can't even borrow somebody's headphones to test this? It's a simple test that will take less than a minute and rule out a common cause of earpiece issues.
