    I tried to upgrade to the latest version, ran it but it will not open. i have to resort to and older version which has way less enhancements. With this older version i can't transmit audio or send pictures, which I could do with the version I had running before this download happened. Do I need the priv to run this?

    On my passport running well! After installing the apps did u restart your device? Or try to download version 6.3.9 it's work perfectly on your device.

    Is version 6.3.9 the latest version that will work without freezing...or is there a different more recent one that will work also?
