    I have a BlackBerry Classic running 10.3.3.2137. When asked to join the group the email states : "You are being invited to join a group, please click on the link to update your BBM." When I click on the link it takes me to BBM advertising, no update. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    If others in the group are using Android/iOS, you can't join.


    BBM Groups will no longer support groups with a combination of BB10 / BBOS participants and Android / iOS participants. It is recommended that multi-person chats be used when communicating with groups across BlackBerry and Android / iOS platforms. BBM Groups will continue to support groups with only BB10 and BBOS participants, or groups with only Android and iOS participants
