    Hi,

I'm on BB Classic OS Version 10.3.22474. (but I had this problem in 10.3.1 as well)

The gesture I quote below ( BB docs) is not working for me:

Jump to the next or previous message:

1.In a message, slowly slide your finger from the left edge of the message to the right to peek at your list of messages.
2.While holding the message open, slide your finger up or down to highlight the next or previous message in the list.
3.To open the highlighted message, release your finger.

    Anyone experiencing the same behaviour?
    How can I fix that?
    Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

    Thanks
    Kuba

Doesn't work here either. Use the N and P key instead.

Thanks VeryBumpy...n/p is not quiet the same since you have to push it "x" times in long conversations to get to the message you're looking for...with this navi gesture you can see the message subjects .

I checked Classic manual - should work.
    Anyone else having this problem.

Has always worked for me on all devices except I've never tried on a classic (don't own)

Basically you need to peek out of the current convo, let's say so half the screen is the convo and the other half is the hub, and then move your finger down or up. Never let go of the screen while doing this, until the end of the action

Edit: it doesn't work if you're coming out of the call screen, and maybe some other apps

Thanks mad_mdx , tried everything with no success.
Anyone with Classic to confirm the lack of this feature?

Works on Z10 for me, not on borrowed Classic. Hub setting is there on Classic but no effect on or off. Restarted Hub, no difference. Didn't reboot, don't know if that would do anything.

BobRobus- thanks, could you please Check if Classic responds to such action. While swiping opened email to the right use trackpad to jump to other email in conversation.

Hi Kuba, no luck. That just brings the same email into full screen again.

    Thanks Bob,
Doesn't work for me either. A guy on Polish forum said that's how it works for him- at least that's what I understood, but I guess I got him wrong.

Thanks again everybody seems like this particular gesture doesn't work on classic model. Even though official manual says it does. Must be a manual bug

I'd say it's an OS bug! Try reaching BlackBerry about it..

Oh, is there a way to contact BlackBerry directly apart from posting a question at BlackBerry help forum? - which I did, but only got an answer from an ordinary member- not BlackBerry support.
