You can't it's from the trackpad so you know where you are there is no way to disable it try scrolling with your touch screen

I just tried it. If you just use you fingers it's doesn't highlight it.

Use touchscreen or just scroll a bit down with the trackpad. Its not all that hard.

I just got a Classic and noticed the same behavior. It is not that hard to make it temporarily go away, but it is quite annoying. Maybe the developer can fix for next release? Love the app otherwise.

Only way to get rid of it is to use the touchscreen. I've looked everywhere.

It would've been easier if it highlights the outside frame instead of highlighting the whole picture. With software tweak, that could work.

Yea, the frame is a little bit annoying. But I have a solution: Wearing my glasses that are a little bit yellow tinted compensate the blue frame quite ok...
