Every morning.

As per others only when doing an update, or if something has went really Pete Tong ;) which is rare.
The same goes for my gen 2 Moto X and Nokia 925, in fact WP8 is one of the most stable OS I have used, and I have used them all :D (or nearly all) it just keeps trucking.

Only after installing a new leak. Often the last month haha

Usually I'm only reboot my device after a new leak is installed one's and running it through until the next is available, never had any issues, can't see the point of switching my Classic off over night or for whatever reason.
By the way I'm running native BB app's only no Android app's at all and my Classic performing flawless.

Only once a month, almost never... in the last 15 months I rebooted my Q5 after updates, battery drains or if the camera doesn't start.
I wonder what the official advice from BlackBerry would be for this?
Right now I'm leaning towards doing a restart weekly at a convenient time like when I plug in for charge just before going to bed. I would prefer this to having to restart when a problem pops up, which you can bet will be at the most inconvenient time. Hopefully doing this will minimise these potential problems from even occurring.
Friday night I did my 1st restart since the last OTA update and the battery was crazy. After a day of proper use that started about 7am, I ended up with 52% at 11pm last night. Coincidence? Curious to see what it does tonight.

I found that as well.
Keeping them switched off works really well.
So rarely that I can't remember when I last rebooted.

I agree with the analogy of PC restarts. Restart 2-3x/day to clear the RAM

I've only restarted my Classic once since I bought it and that was this morning when I upgraded it to Software Release 10.3.1.1779 and set it up with my BlackBerry ID and e-mail. I typically only restart my devices if I notice them starting to get sluggish.
A few times that I recall and I know two times for OTA updates. If need be I crash the system server instead using the dev tools.
I'm on a mac, bought it 2008 and never restart unless promted by upgrades, pc needs reboots, mac don't :P
Posted via the cutest little fantastic phone ever!
I don't restart on my own but I've noticed that my phone restarted itself twice this month.
Maybe twice or 3 times since I've had the phone from launch.

Well, what can you even install on a Mac? ;-)
I haven't restarted my PC in months...

Once or twice a month.

I reboot my z10 so much in 1 day, I lose count. Problems with sending USSD codes when I try to load credit, check credit or buy prepaid data. Works after a reboot, so l.....yeah.

Anyone beat my record? :D
1 month and 8 days
or 5 weeks and 4 days
or 39 days

I'll try, but I run a few android apps, and over time they seem to cause the phone to need a reboot... maybe once every week or two weeks.
Well, last night seems to confirm that the battery life which wasn't bad, has improve even more since my restart a couple of days ago. This was the 1st restart since the OTA os update. Maybe it's a good idea to do an additional restart after one.

I've read that full Li-ion battery discharge harms the batteries now used in cell phones. I never fully drain my battery. I charge it when around 30% or so.
It depends. I sometimes do a soft boot once in a a week or a bit longer (hold the volume keys together till the phone shuts off).
It somehow makes my BlackBerrys in general work really well when I follow this.

This works on the Classic or is this the same as holding down the top button?

I only reboot when I do an OS update. Z30 runs on QNX, so why reboot?
