4 different customer service agents at Telus (all in their 20's) asked to see my Classic and wanted to handle it as they loved their Blackberries years ago. All made positive comments, and 2 said they would consider buying.

I was at my local AT&T corporate store activating a Classic for my girlfriend when a customer came in and asked if they had any Classic's on hand that he could look at...he was using a Q10.

The associate, Mike, told him that he thought it would be February. He then pointed to me and said to the customer that I was the "BlackBerry expert"

I showed the customer my Classic, walked him through the features of 10.3.1, as well as the return of the tool belt. He was impressed and was disappointed that he couldn't walk out with one.

Told him I ordered mine on Amazon and my girlfriends from ShopBlackberry...said he was running home to fire up his computer.

Are you joking? If the Classic is heavy then you haven't been to the gym lately. I personally like the secure feeling of a heavy phone.

Everyone in my family said, "...so, you are staying with BlackBerry...." No one else I know owns any BlackBerry's..... I feel like an outcast, but I do not care, I love it!

No one seems to say anything bad when I pull out my BlackBerry, I don't have a classic, yet, but I really don't pay attention to stuff like that. One thing I did hear were 2 ladies saying that they should try getting a phone like mine. I think they liked the ease of my pkb. I have a Q10.

I think the comments about it being heavy are just relative to the device they are currently using. Not that it's actually heavy lol

I get puzzled looks for buying a new BlackBerry. I think that will consistently be the response I get. I used to be the only one that didn't have a blackberry, now I'm pretty much one of the few I know.
Doesn't matter to me. It's a tool and I'm liking how this one works for me.

My Classic has not arrived yet but the Tmobile store manager asked which phone was I getting when I went in to get a nano SIM card. I replied the BlackBerry Classic and he said "oh Wow!". No clue if that was good or bad. And don't care, lol.

I do get looks when I fly thru my phone taking notes during meetings, texting in public etc. So, expect that to continue and more jabs at being "old school".

One of my co-workers said "oh I didn't think they were making phones anymore. There's just some people who like that keyboard though. If this phone is new, why haven't I seen any advertisements for it?"Lol.. I never can answer the advertising question, because I've always wondered that myself..

Funny because no one has even noticed that its a new phone.

Yep, same experience and almost nobody notice it. So far only one of my colleagues recognized this BlackBerry is a new model and the others still think I am using Q10 include my wife.
