I personally like holding down the blackberry logo like the old BlackBerry. I honestly miss the old user experience, don't get me wrong I love my z10 but for a communication device, my 9900 was the ****.

I feel like this is really obvious - the "end call" button.

Just like the legacy devices, it can take you back to the home screen, which in BB10's case will show the running apps (ie. the "swipe up" function). From there you can close the apps, or swipe to the hub.
