    These steps don't work for us (my employer owns the BlackBerry, I am just trying to help:
    --Open your BlackBerry internet browser [can do this]
    --Press Menu button [can do this]
    --Then select Options [we can't see anything labeled Options!]
    --Under Web Content check Enable JavaScript [we can't find this "Web Content" either]

    Yep, there is no menu like that. However js works for me just fine.
    May I ask what is the main issue you are trying to solve? If it is that some webpages doesn't working the reason is simple: the browser is way too old and can't support modern features. The broser have Javascript support but many modern webpage needs some Javascript functionality which is impossible with the stock browser.
