    I have a BB Classic from my work, but the old owner is still logged, I tried to sign in with my ID but it's not working. Can you help me?

    Previous owner needs to remove the device from his BlackBerry Protect (online). You should then be able to reboot and not be required to enter his BBID.

    Once you're in the device, you should disable BlackBerry Protect, and do a security wipe. You will then be able to enter your own BBID.
