Hi gang,

I recently started to experience the double typing issue on my Blackberry Classic (Bell) and was wondering if any of you ever went through the process of getting it fixed. How did it go?

Also, my space bar is getting a little loose.

All BlackBerry devices have a one year warranty. Usually the vendor will take care of it. The best solution is to ask for an advance replacement device otherwise you will need to send the device for repair and turnaround time on that is usually very long

As long as the Bell store you go to has loaner phones, you'll be able to use it while your Classic gets sent out for repair. If you have a back up phone, I'd bring it with you or just swap sims. I think the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
