As of right now I'm totally unsatisfied with this phone. It's going onto two (2) weeks now, and all of a sudden the screen stops working. I'm sorry but it's 2K15, and I totally rely on this as my go to device, and my organizer. If I'm unable to use this phone, than it's completely useless, and I might as well get an iPhone.

Got mine from Amazon, and just made a claim for a replacement phone. There sending me on same day delivery, all I would have to do is send the old one back. Maybe I just got a lemon phone, but I've been reading that the screen is somewhat of a common problem.

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so what was the out come? How did you go about getting it resolved?

We all get lemons sometimes. Lets just wait for your new piece to arrive. Hopefully it is not a lemon... best of lucks and sorry to hear about your issue

Well I did get it replaced. Just don't want to be stuck with a dud. Never had a problem with any Blackberry until recently. The phone seems to be working now. But I'm going to return that one. So far I still think that the Classic is a work of art when used correctly. Here are some links from where I read about screen problems.

The first and third link are the same, and between those two it's only actually 2 people who have the same issue and one person with a different one.

That's not at all a trend or what is considered "a lot" of cases...

In rare cases like this, I would say it's defective. Sometimes it could be the screen wires connecting to processor is loose inside that we don't know about. It could be any possibility. Best is to get it replace.

    Long live Blackberry.
