Have you tried contacting your cloud provider regarding this matter? Some allow exporting the data into a backup file, so you can import them on the new service - considering the new service offers such an option. Another shot worth a try would be getting a paid backup app from BlackBerry World and create a backup file there. I do not know though whether it also includes cloud contacts.

What providers are you talking about? Beat way is to log into your account from a PC and export the contacts to a CSV file. Then log into your new cloud account and import.
