Care to be a bit more specific? Like, from a particular source?
10.3.2 shipped with Amazon on-board, which is where i get my music.
You can download from youtube, just go to a song you like on youtube, then copy the link, Then go to a website called: youtube-mp3.org after that paste the link in the box and convert video. Now just press download, and save it! There once it's done go to your music app and it'll be there

Google Play Music works great, download from Google Play, when installed change the settings to save to external memory card
