    I am planning on sending my Classic in to repair a blobby-looking pixel issue on the screen in the top right corner as well as the crooked trackpad and creaky toolbelt (if they can fix this). Problem is...I cannot find a website, phone number, or claim form to go about starting the process. The website just states go through your carrier. Would anyone have any idea on how to send the phone back in for a warranty repair? I love my classic and BB10 and I do not plan on switching to the PRIV or back to an iPhone 6 but I at least need to make an attempt to fix these nagging little issues!

    Would you not just go to your local carrier store or where you bought it from ?

    I bought it online through Verizon upgrade program. I will go talk to Verizon but it seems very weird that I would go through my carrier to send a phone in for a warranty fix. I've had iPhones since 2008 so I might just be accustomed to Apple hardware warranty direct through the manufacturer.
