Hello, firstly i want to say that i have a poor english

So, m'y blackberry have � huge problem, when i use my headphones, everything go well etc, but in my pocket, or when i use it, the volume go low and low until there is no sound!!

So i pull back my headphones several times, but they not work! My music comes out of the cell... i have to reboot my BlackBerry for r�solve the problem..

This problem do not provide to m'y headphones cause i exp�rience This problem with differents headphones and earphones..

Finally, I must take my laptop to listen to music without problem... cause in my pocket, when i grab it, for no reason, i meet this problem..

You're probably pushing the volume button inadvertently with the phone in your pocket. It's easier to do than you think.

One of many reasons I use a holster.

But how can you explain that my headphones dont work after many test and i have to reboot my BlackBerry ?

Not sure but it's the only explanation I can think of for you, especially if it only happens in your pocket. I do know that it's very easy for the volume buttons to make incidental contact in your pockets.
