Well one thing is for sure: It isn't available on amazon.co.uk because...I just checked! And DITTO for the uk blackberry website.
According to Tech Week Europe, O2 & EE will be supporting the device. So I assume it will be out in Jan 2015.
They also report Selfridges selling the device.

I find shop blackberry very unreliable. The store is now stating a shipping date of mid-Jan 2015.

Looks like Germany had exclusivity in Europe since the launch event was in Frankfurt as well. But they only sell Qwertz on Amazon.de and the German shopBB that does carry Qwerty only ships inside Germany as well.
I read a post from this guy who bought his Classic in a Saturn shop in Germany and asked whether it was Qwertz or Qwerty but haven't got an answer yet. If it's Qwerty, I'll be driving to get it for sure!

I preordered the Classic on 14/11 from BB UK and just got a dispatch email, if that helps anyone.
There is a new classic for sale on ebay. It is on �310 and has two days left to go. If you really want one and are happy to pay extra.
