    If you got it to work on AT&T, were there any special steps you had to take. I am still working on this. . . .
    I can get the drivers to install but the Modem will not respond to a query out the lowest RIM Virtual Serial Port.
    Same network, same carrier, no problem with my a day earlier Bold 9900.

    Haven't 'tethered' in years because there are way easier methods of attaining connectivity, like mobile hotspot for example.

    We use an AT&T Classic Hotspot when we travel. Love the function and no WiFi fees. Have not tried tethering as the Hotspot is so easy.
