    I have tried to use the "find my order" link contained in my pre-order email confirmation and cannot find any status of my order. If I use the order number contained in the confirmation email and password, I get an error message that the order number or password is incorrect. Same thing happens with using the email address and last 5 digits of the credit card.

    Has anyone been able to check their order status?

    It only stated my main info like order day, order number and bill number. No actual info about shipment.

    Just received an email saying it will be shipped once it is available to the public...so 24 to 48 hrs after the 17th will be when they arrive.

    Don't trust any communication from Digital Sewer, they are a total POS company. It's a shame BBRY uses them.
