I am a user of Blackberry Q10 and of course I have a a Blackberry ID
I have just purchased a second hand Q20 (Classic). The previous user had made a factory reset, so when I first opened the mobile I tried to put my Blackberry ID (like in Q20) and get in. However, it gives a message that the anti-theft protection is on the device and says "please sign in with the Blackberry ID that was used to set up this device".
In the end, I cannot use this phone !! Can somebody help? I contacted previous user but still waiting for his answer. I have also created a new fresh Blackberry ID but no avail. Is there any other way to use it?
    Appreciate your help.

It's not a Q20. There is no Q20, People can we please stop this madness Q20 is nowhere on the phone or the paper work sorry it's just not a Q20 it's the BlackBerry Classic. Now as far as your problem whoever sold the device to you did not turn off BlackBerry Protect before the wipe you will have to sign in with there BlackBerry Id and turn it off. They may be able to do it online through the BlackBerry Protect website it's part of the theft protection
