Hello my fellow Classic owners.

Other than my classic, I've never seen another in the wild, much less touch one. I've noticed that between the toolbelt and the bottom of the screen, if I swipe up I can feel a bump where the glass begins.

So my question: Do you have a gap between the toolbelt and glass?

On my device the toolbelt is slightly raised above the glass. It's not flush, which would probably be ideal, but it doesn't seem to be a problem.

My tool belt is slightly below the glass, but doesn't bother me in the least, I love the device.

Oh... no, I am by no means complaining. Totally LOVE my Classic.

I think mine was about flush but I have a tempered screen on it so it's slightly raised going to the screen portion now. On my 9900 and 9700's though they were either lower or raised - can't remember which was which but one was raised and one was lowered. Didn't bother me one iota. The one that was lower ended up being flush when I had a screen protector on it though.

The car reference is melancholy lmao I can't have a new car shipped to me by Amazon within 2 business days..... not to mention cost perspective you comparing apples to oranges ^_^

You see, that's just the thing!

Though it works perfectly, and i'm totally loving the device. There are days when my finger catching the gap gets to me!

Whilst sticking to the car reference, I guess one could say that these are the days when whilst driving, I feel the wind coming through the gaps in my car glass.

Loving the car. Beautiful build quality and all... BUT, is this a problem just affecting me and is it something I could live with (once the guarantee is finished)!

is this gap the normal ? please guys help me out...this thing annoys me a lot when I see all the dust getting accumulated in the gap...also the light bleed, especially on the left side of the toolbelt. I am also facing double typing issue...repeatedly with the letter E the most. what should I do... should I go to customer care? I am afraid of all the hassle i will have to go through and even after that who knows if they will replace it or just repair it.please advice me what I should be doing ? I see no problem in the functioning of the phone so far.

No gaps, no light bleed on my Classic between the toolbelt and the screen. The 2 pieces fit together pretty much flush.

can u post some pics of ur phone ? I an trying hard to post mine but unable to do so first the pics were not getting attached, after googling the problem I granted all the permissions to CB 10, restarted my device and have been trying again but this time I cant even click on attach picture as it's not even getting select. I wanted to post some pics to get the suggestions.

My classic's toolbelt and screen are just about even...except when I put a screen protector on.
Then the protector has a small lip when going from toolbelt to glass
