    For some reason I am not able to file emails on my Classic. I have the file created but when I file an email to that folder and then go back later to look at it, when I look in that folder it says no entries. Sorry title should have said Filing emails. Still getting used to pk on recently purchased Classic

    What type of email account are you using? IMAP? POP? ActiveSync? Also, how long has it been since you filed the message away?

    From the Hub, go into your list of folders and make sure the folder you're looking for emails in shows a green folder icon with two arrows in the right corner: that means that the folder is synced from your mail server. If it's just the blue icon, long press on it and choose the option to Enable Folder Sync.

    Keep in mind, this will only work with IMAP, EAS, and Gmail accounts.
