If you deleted the BlackBerry Facebook app, and thus the Facebook account from your device, you will no longer recieve notifications in your hub.
You could still install the Android Facebook app (through Snap), but I'm not sure whether that will give you back your hub notifications...

Hm damn, I deleted it because they told me it took a lot of battery. After I realised it was pretty good to recieve those message in the hub... So if you delete the app the account is probably gone too?

Yes, but you should be able to put it al back. Get the app through BlackBerry World and log in to your account again in the account settings.
I've never experienced the battery issue, but that also depends on the settings you set for the app.

Just re-install it from BlackBerry world. It sign into the app and it will set itself up.

You can also use facebook messenger from the amazon appstore but it uses a bit more battery.
The original facebook app in BlackBerry world doesn't use any battery unless you're on it constantly
So while you're signed into the app, but the app is closed, FB isn't using any battery?
Facebook messenger crashes at startup with the error.. Messenger has stopped working.
Is doing this without fail, have reset.. And also carried out a hard reset, I cannot get it to work. Blackberry z30 latest official 10.3.1
Any suggestions?
I just took the Facebook app from BlackBerry back (recieve messages and notifications back in hub). Simple and effective ;)

I have my facebook app on all the time and it didn't make a difference with my battery usage. Are you sure it's facebook that's causing your battery to drain fast?
No because BlackBerry Facebook app is using push. The facebook app beaing closed doesn't use any battery.
I probably read it wrong or out of context, I don't see a difference too with the app back on my phone :)
