    I have a Classic and an outlook.com account, all emails have a button saying "message truncated, download more (size)". Even on Wifi networks, and even when Download Control in account settings is set to "Full Message" for wifi, roaming and cellular! I am running software release 10.3.1.1779. Nothing like that happened on my Z30 or Z10.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? Is there a secret setting buried somewhere that i am missing?

    Make sure that you have "Full messages" enabled in your Outlook account settings.
