Ear-popping during usage of BlackBerry Classic, Q10 + 9320 - Solutions?
Hey there guys,
I hope you are all doing well.
I am a BB newbie and I recently purchased a BlackBerry Classic. It is a wonderful phone, but it had one major problem for me: as soon as I inserted the SIM card, my ears would start popping. It was similar to the effect that one gets during a flight. This was quite unpleasant, so I ended up returning the handset.
I have since purchased and returned a Q10 - same problem. I now have a 9320 - great phone, but there is a milder version of the same symptoms.
I have never had this problem with any other manufacturer's handsets.
So I have two questions:
1. Has anyone else had a similar issue, and if so how did you solve it?
and
2. There is a product called the RadiChip sold by the CellSafe company of Australia which claims to direct the smartphone signal away from the head, and therefore reduce or eliminate headaches and other common symptoms of mobile phone usage. Has anyone here used it, and did this relieve their symptoms?
I would sincerely appreciate any guidance in solving this problem, as I would love to continue using BlackBerry devices. Many thanks!
