It just stop working or did you do an update?

Rolling back to an older version might work.

It just stopped working. Was downloaded originally from Play Store. Play store says it is no longer supported.

    Another app down the drain.

They don't even have an equivalent website!

Thus far the original APK of the New Dunkin Donut app worked at least for now!

I found that it's best to stop updating apps at this point....

And to make backup of the APK that are in your download folder.

^^^^^^this for sure. If it is working alright you are better off leaving them alone. Of course, that still does not mean that the older app is going to work as some updates are mandatory.

I know this won't work for everyone, but, since getting an Android phone (KEYone) I have lived running Android apps on it, while still carrying my BB10 phone as my daily driver. I am loving the double carry lifestyle. I have all those silly apps whenever I need them, but I also have a "real" BB10 phone for the stuff I actually care about!

So, if you don't mind the double carry thing, consider getting a cheap Android to.solve your app gaps. I bet even a WiFi-only $50 used Android would work for many as a second "app" phone.

Been doing that for about a year and a half now. Passport is my daily driver and my Priv as the "designated" Android device.

Well even Starbucks works on the website. Dunkin needs to get with the program.

    Why?

I expect DD knows better than us who their customer is and how best to interact with them. DD doesn't get the same clientele that plops down for a few hours on their laptop to soak up the WiFi.

Dunkin's Web site is awful. I couldn't even transfer a balance from one card to another on the Web. Had to install the Android app to do that simple task. So, while I was there, I turned of auto-reload for my account out of frustration.

After using up my current balance, I'm going to take a few months off of going to Dunkin. I don't expect it to change their behavior, but I'm happy to bite with my wallet against companies that don't support basic function on their Web site.

The way I see it, an app isn't a substitute for a working Web site.
