    Hi guys, I switched from iPhone to Classic (still kept the iPhone though) as my primary phone. Only have calls, text, emails and whatsapp (android version) on it.

    I got a noob question, since my last BB was 9900 some 6 years ago, this is 1st time I’m using BB10:

    Can WhatsApp work and receive messages in background like on iPhone (or android phones I guess) or do i have to keep it “minimized” on home screen 24/7 in order to receive them?

    You can close it. The Android Runtime has been set to trigger when a notification comes in.

    Thanks. It worked but with a good 10min delay, as opposed to instantly when minimized.
