Hi there are 3 classics in my household and there all bought from o2 on the same day and all on the same os and network noticed 2 say 4G and one says 4GLTE. The one that says 4GLTE seems to browse faster and load apps quicker also the network settings look different. Why? Also why is it different?

Clearly you haven't had a US carrier before. In the states, especially with T-Mobile USA, HSPA+ is marketed as 4G here. LTE is marketed as 4GLTE.
