    Still pissed here as well. Pre-ordered 11/13 and nothing. My transaction has been pending for 3 full days. I emailed ShopBB to cancel my order with no reply yet? Lesson learned.

    Ordered a Classic from Amazon yesterday and got a email saying it was shipped at 10am this morning. Should be here early next week!

    Very, very, very unhappy with ShopBB.....

    I actually did receive it immediately after, but I felt I was already too far into the rage to turn back. I was spiteful towards the garbage man since every time he arrived with his big *** truck, I thought it was FedEx. Nope, he just decided to pass my house 20 times to mess with me emotionally.

    I ordered from Amazon after ordering from shopBB. I got two Classics in the mail today. The one from shopBB had the Z and Y key switched so I'm returning it. I will keep the Classic I received from Amazon. Glad I ordered from Amazon as well. My classic is perfect for me.

    Well...right now it looks like I'll probably be receiving 2 Classics next week? I won't even bother with trying to return the Classic to ShopBB (hopefully they cancel my order), I'll either keep both, or sell one outright.

    Never having ordered from Shop BB before, I had no preconceived notions. I can now say it is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

    I ordered when it said "In Stock" on Tuesday morning. No update on shipping. I call, nothing. Thursday I call again, no update. No estimate. Nothing. Friday, still nothing.

    I check Amazon, one day shipping, no tax. I will have it in my hands Monday for $40 cheaper. Shop BB order cancelled - never again.

    Shop Blackberry blows! I can't believe how truly bad these people are. I pre-ordered my Classic Nov 20th and still nothing from them. I ordered my wife a Classic from Amazon YESTERDAY and it arrived 10 minutes ago. OMG! I am so pissed!
    They do blow. Similar issue here. I tried to cancel it Wednesday and I was told it can't be cancelled since it was "in the process". I was told to just refuse it. I still have not received an shipping email from them and ordered and received it from Amazon on Friday.

    Preordered 11/13. Picked up by FedEx 12/18 10pm. Arrived at my door 12/19 at noon to Toronto.

    I didn't get any shipping notifications until Friday morning. This was after FedEx picked it up.

    Ordered mine 11/13, got an email Thursday at 6:08 pm stating that it would be be delivered by today, 12/20. When checking shipping and tracking on the FedEx site, now says that it will be delivered Monday, 12/22.

    Digital River does seem as though they operate according to the rules of the last century.
    Today speed and communication count.
    Not to have shipped days after the device was released is a failure; using words like soon instead of a date

    I pre-ordered Nov 13 and had to bother the crap out of DR via email and finally got some kind of "non-generic" response. They said all of the pre-orders done in Nov should all be shipped through-out the next week(yes the week of christmas), so it's a roll of the dice if you get it on or b4 christmas. Everyone that ordered in dec will ship out Dec 31. FYI: Amazon is now sold out!
