WHERE IS MY PACKAGE/SHIPPING EMAIL?!?!? Ordered mine via shopbb(US) on NOV 13th, took my money on NOV 17th, AND NO SHIPPING INFO, even though hundreds of other ppl have theirs! I thought I was doing myself a favor pre-ordering early! I purchased 2! You figure you spend close to $1000 and you'll have your device quickly or at lease some shipping info w/ everyone elses!

I ordered mine on Deecember 13th after CB posted that the pre-orders were sold out in NA. Just got my shipping confirmation from Shop BlackBerry last night at 11:58 PST. Last night it made its way from Indianapolis to Memphis to Vancouver. Says I should have its today by 5:00.

Only problem is I'm in Canada. I paid the $499 CAD price, so I assumed I was on Shop BlackBerry Canada. Why did it originate in Indianapolis? I'm concerned there will be taxes/duties due on arrival.

i think they dont know when they can ship the classic, because they dont have it on stock.

maybe USA have enough devices, but EUROPE BBshops dont have it.

On a Blackberry fan page on Facebook someone commented that they had their pre-order cancelled from Shop BB without warning or notification - all of a sudden they just got an email stating it was cancelled.

On my end, I ordered within 12 hours of the presale opening (in Canada) and have yet to receive anything regarding shipping...I echo the comments throughout - if I pre-order I should have it the day of launch...and if not then, the next day. This is garbage - unfortunately, the options for an outright purchase are so limited that I am stuck while ShopBB takes their sweet @$$ time. They seem to be about as useless as Blackberry Help/Support (incident a few months ago with my Q10 in which they we were completely useless).

Just received a notice with FedEx tracking.. package was shipped Dec 18 at 10pm and supposed to arrive today. (Vancouver).

I have no idea if I paid for extra shipping but I pre-ordered on Nov 23.

I ordered Dec.15th, regular shipping, and have my Fedex tracking and my Classic is to arrive before 5 PM, and I see it has cleared customs in Richmond, B.C. (about 20 miles from me). So I am pleased thus far.

I asked the agent when I ordered mine about taxes/duties and she said "no to both". I'll let you know after Fedex gets here this afternoon. I was very concerned about that issue too.

I'm in Van too. Same 5pm delivery time. I ordered on Dec 6th.

In case some don't quite understand, that is a home security cam I have setup that I can monitor during the day. The truck is a US Postal truck in my driveway.

Shop Blackberry blows! I can't believe how truly bad these people are. I pre-ordered my Classic Nov 20th and still nothing from them. I ordered my wife a Classic from Amazon YESTERDAY and it arrived 10 minutes ago. OMG! I am so pissed!

I ordered another classic from amazon before 2 days and got it today! That's how business is done

I will never use shop bb again.
