Just got an email from shopBB that my Classic shipped via FedEx with a tracking number. Going to WI, USA btw.

5:52 am Departed FedEx location FEDEX SMARTPOST INDIANAPOLIS, IN

I pre-ordered from ShopBB (UK) on Dec 8 and ... nothing! I received the e-mail quoted by zmsox (above) - out of stock blah blah. I e-mailed back asking what "... currently at our facility waiting to be processed for shipment..." meant, and they confirmed that they are out of stock, nothing is being processed, waiting for stock to arrive, unable to estimate when stock likely to arrive.
This is bad. BB should not have led us to believe that by pre-ordering we could expect shipment to take place on or close to launch date (Dec 17). I have seen other websites saying shipment now likely to be "mid-January"!

Got email today, Dec. 18 that the Classic had shipped.

Fed Ex tracking as of today:

"3:06 am Arrived at FedEx location FEDEX SMARTPOST INDIANAPOLIS, IN"

Expected delivery: Monday, December 22.

So am I. I have been trying since last night to cancel mine since I ordered one on Amazon that will be here tomorrow. I already spoke to some useless guy named Raj who is just quoting policy, and then received an email 24 hours later saying it can't be cancelled once it is in the process of shipping. They both said to just refuse it but dealing with Digital River in the past was a nightmare. I will probably just keep it as a backup or sell it on ebay. Did I say Digital River bites?
