    A crack 'appeared' on my classic's screen this morning! Gutted, have absolutely no idea how the damage was caused? The phone is not covered under our business contract for accidental damage, which I presume EE will say a cracked screen will be classed as. Don't really want to take the phone to one of the many independent mobile repair stores that have popped up of late, any ideas? Thanks in advance

    Easy to swap out screen, just need to locate the correct screwdrivers and screen replacement, try google

    Ask around in your area for a trustworthy repair shop. May also purchase one off of ebay.
