Content transfer tool not working..

App is updated, I've used it before years ago..

Keep getting this error..

Tried different google accounts, no luck..

Any suggestions?

Try deleting it, and installing the app again.

I am getting this same error. Was anyone able to solve it? I am going from KeyOne to KeyOne and selecting "this is my previous advice". It must be something related to Google Drive as the error does not make sense (given it does not know if my new device had the updated content transfer app or not).

Any help appreciated!

I think either the media mushroom device switch app or blackberry content transfer can help. possibky on setup afterbyou BBID is verified

BBID is irrelevant for Content Transfer app.
